Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of Show Route, a service operated by Enorm Labs Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian corporation registered in Quebec. By accessing or using Show Route, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Show Route. This is a contractual eligibility requirement; Show Route does not independently verify your age.

Route-planning service

Show Route is a planning aid that organizes property-showing stops and estimates routes and times. It is not a navigation service and is not an emergency, dispatch, safety, or guaranteed-arrival service.

Routes, stop order, coordinates, geocoding results, travel times, arrival times, and other outputs are estimates. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or outdated because of traffic, road conditions, provider data, connectivity, input errors, or other circumstances.

Safety and your responsibilities

Accounts and authentication

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining control of the Google or Microsoft account used to sign in. Authentication providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Tell Enorm Labs promptly if you believe your Show Route access has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Show Route for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity;
• interfere with or disrupt the service, its infrastructure, or other users;
• attempt unauthorized access, security testing, or introduction of malicious code;
• bypass authentication, request limits, rate limits, or other safeguards;
• use automation that creates excessive load or paid-provider consumption;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access without written permission; or
• misrepresent Show Route output as guaranteed or officially verified.

Suspension and termination

Subject to applicable law, Enorm Labs may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful, abusive, disruptive, security-threatening, rate-limit-bypassing, or excessively resource-consuming activity. Enorm Labs may also act to protect users, providers, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

Availability and changes

Show Route may be maintained, modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Enorm Labs does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service and may change supported features or providers.

Ownership

Enorm Labs and its licensors retain rights in Show Route software, design, branding, and service content. You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You grant Enorm Labs permission to process submitted information only as needed to provide, secure, and operate the service under these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Show Route depends on third-party authentication, geocoding, routing, mapping, and outbound navigation services. Enorm Labs does not control their availability, accuracy, security, or independent terms. Opening an external map or navigation link takes you to a separate service.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Show Route is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or collateral. Enorm Labs does not warrant that route output is accurate, complete, safe, fit for a particular purpose, or continuously available. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not permit Enorm Labs to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enorm Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, travel delay, missed appointments, property access issues, or reliance on estimated route output arising from Show Route.

These limitations do not apply to liability or remedies that applicable Quebec or Canadian law does not permit Enorm Labs to limit or exclude. These Terms do not waive mandatory consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights.

Account deletion

Request account deletion at [email protected] using the email stored on your account or another proportionate verification method. Deletion ends your Show Route access and removes linked account and active-session records, subject to the data lifecycles described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Subject to mandatory rights that apply to you, disputes are submitted to the courts of Quebec.

General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about your use of the free Show Route service, subject to mandatory law.

Enorm Labs may update these Terms as the service or legal obligations change. Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
