Show Route legal

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 23, 2026

Who we are

Enorm Labs Inc. operates Show Route. Enorm Labs Inc. is federally incorporated in Canada and registered in Quebec. The Privacy Officer is responsible for Show Route's personal-information practices.

Information we handle

When you choose Google or Microsoft to sign in, the provider supplies your name, email address, optional profile-image metadata, and a provider-specific account identifier. Show Route stores the admitted name and email, the provider mapping, and database session records so it can create and authenticate your account.

Show Route stores the operating country and IANA time zone you confirm in your profile. New accounts must choose and submit both settings before planning a route.

Show Route does not use your name or email address as an authorization or account-linking identifier. OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and ID tokens are not retained in Show Route's database or exposed to your browser after sign-in.

We use the addresses and locations you submit to generate a route response. Show Route may also process IP addresses, timestamps, response status, browser or user-agent information, and sanitized error details to operate, secure, and diagnose the service.

Locations and route plans

We do not save route plans to your account. We use the addresses and locations you submit to create routes. Your saved country limits address search to that country, and your saved time zone interprets and displays route times. Location information may be processed by third-party geocoding and routing service providers, including outside Quebec. We retain geocoded location information only as long as needed to operate the service efficiently and in accordance with our retention practices, after which it is securely deleted unless a longer period is required by law.

Temporarily retained geocoded location information is held in a shared technical data store and is not linked to your authenticated Show Route account.

How we use and disclose information

We use personal information only to:

  • create and authenticate your Show Route account;
  • generate the route plan you request;
  • maintain service reliability, security, and abuse protections;
  • diagnose technical problems and respond to support or privacy requests; and
  • meet legal obligations.

Google and Microsoft process information when you select them as authentication providers, subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Location information may be communicated to third-party geocoding and routing service providers as necessary to provide route planning. Those providers may process information outside Quebec.

Enorm Labs does not sell personal information and does not use it for targeted advertising, marketing campaigns, or user profiling.

Cookies and tracking

Show Route uses an essential secure session cookie to keep you signed in. It does not use advertising, analytics, marketing, session-replay, or error-tracking cookies or services.

Retention and deletion

Account profile information, including your saved country and time zone, and provider mappings remain while your account is active. Expired or revoked sessions follow their normal operational lifecycle. Geocoded location information, operational logs, privacy-request records, and protected backups follow documented retention and secure-deletion practices.

You may ask the Privacy Officer for the retention period that applies to personal information we hold about you.

To request account deletion, email [email protected] from the email address stored on your account or complete another proportionate verification step. Deletion removes your Show Route account and linked provider and active-session records.

Shared geocoding data and operational records are not linked to your account email and cannot be located through it; they instead age out under their schedules. Protected backups age out under the documented backup lifecycle.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, request applicable portable information, request deletion, or make a complaint. We may verify your identity proportionately before acting. Written requests receive a response within the legally applicable period.

Safeguards and incidents

Enorm Labs uses administrative and technical safeguards proportionate to the information and service, including restricted operator access, protected runtime credentials, encrypted network connections, database access controls, and bounded, sanitized operational logs. No safeguard can eliminate every risk.

Contact the Privacy Officer if you believe personal information may have been accessed, used, disclosed, or lost improperly. Enorm Labs maintains an incident process and follows applicable notification duties when an incident creates a risk of serious injury.

Age requirement

Show Route is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. It is not intended for children.

Changes to this policy

Enorm Labs may update this Privacy Policy as Show Route or its legal obligations change. Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
